1) We will issue a product exchange for any not used and if you discover the defective goods, wrong style or color mistake that is return within 7days of delivery date.
2) If you receive the product, because of personal reasons need to replace any style, color , size that is return within 7days of delivery date. But the shipping charge need to be paid by the customer.
3) All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by original Receipt and an exchanged reference number.
4) No products may be exchanged if on any used, opened or damaged.
5) Each item can only be exchanged once. No refunds.

Postage will not be refunded, if any.
Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is completed.
All claims for shortages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
